At My Green Space, we craft clean, toxin-free skincare and hair care products that we stand behind. Your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order, this Return and Exchange Policy explains your options, the conditions that apply, and how to get in touch with us.
Please read this policy carefully before initiating any return or exchange request. By placing an order on www.mygreenspace.in, you agree to the terms described below.
Please note that shipping timelines, charges, and delivery-related matters are governed separately under our Shipping Policy.
SECTION 1 - RETURN AND EXCHANGE WINDOW
We accept return and exchange requests raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for consideration, and no exceptions will be made once the 7-day window has lapsed.
We do not offer monetary refunds. All eligible claims are resolved through an exchange of the same product or, where the same product is unavailable, a gift credit of equivalent value.
SECTION 2 - ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions at the time it is returned to us:
The item must be unused and unopened.
The item must be in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, and protective wrapping intact.
The item must be accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or Order ID).
The return request must have been approved by our team prior to shipping the item back to us. Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.
SECTION 3 - NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
Items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
Items not in their original condition, including those that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
Items returned without prior written approval from our customer service team.
Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
SECTION 4 - DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly sent, please contact us at info@mygreenspace.in within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your Order ID, a clear photograph of the defect or damage, and a brief description of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you, including return shipping charges.
Claims for defective or damaged items raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted at our discretion.
SECTION 5 - PROCESS FOR RETURNS
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:
Step 1 — Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@mygreenspace.in with your Order ID, the product name, and the reason for your return request.
Step 2 — Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you by email within 2–3 business days of its approval or rejection. Do not ship the item back before receiving written approval.
Step 3 — Ship the Item: If your request is approved, you will be provided with the return address. Please securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it within 3 days of receiving approval.
Step 4 — Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome within 2 business days.
SECTION 6 - EXCHANGES
Upon successful inspection and approval of your returned item, your exchange will be processed and the replacement product will be dispatched to your original delivery address at no additional shipping charge.
If the original product is no longer available, we will issue a gift credit of equivalent value to your My Green Space account, which can be applied to any future purchase on www.mygreenspace.in.
We are not able to exchange items for a different product or variant unless the original item was sent incorrectly by us.
SECTION 7 - RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part (see Section 4).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. My Green Space is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

SECTION 8 - GIFT ORDERS
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the eligible return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a gift credit to your account.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the gift credit will be issued to the original purchaser's account.
SECTION 9 - CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Exchange Policy at any time. All changes will be published on www.mygreenspace.in with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
