OVERVIEW
This Shipping Policy governs all orders placed on www.mygreenspace.in and applies to customers across India and internationally. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to My Green Space. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.
Please note that returns and exchanges are governed separately under our Refund Policy.

SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST, or on Sundays and public holidays, will begin processing on the next available business day.
Upon successful order placement, you will receive an order confirmation email with your unique Order ID. A dispatch notification will follow once your order has been shipped.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING COVERAGE
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable at checkout, you will be notified immediately.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING CHARGES AND FREE SHIPPING
The following shipping charges apply to all domestic orders:
Orders below ₹1,000: ₹100 (flat rate)
Orders of ₹1,000 and above: FREE
Estimated delivery for all standard domestic orders is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping charges and timelines are subject to change during promotional periods or sale events. Any updates will be reflected on the website at checkout.
All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. 

SECTION 4 - ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The following factors may affect delivery timelines:
Geographic location and remoteness of the delivery address; local public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control; high-volume periods such as festive seasons or sale events; incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by third-party logistics partners or events outside our control. Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. However, we will actively assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

SECTION 5 - ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation on WhatsApp containing your tracking number and logistics partner details.
To track your order at any time, log in to your account at account.mygreenspace.in/orders.
You can also contact our team at info@mygreenspace.in with your Order ID for tracking assistance.

SECTION 6 - PACKAGING
All My Green Space orders are packed using recyclable and/or biodegradable packaging materials wherever possible, protective inner packaging to prevent breakage or leakage in transit, and tamper-evident seals to ensure product integrity upon delivery.
If you receive an order with packaging that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us within 24 hours at info@mygreenspace.in.

SECTION 7 - FAILED DELIVERY AND RE-DELIVERY
Our logistics partner will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. You will be notified on WhatsApp after each failed attempt.
An order may be marked undeliverable if the recipient was unavailable across multiple attempts; the delivery address was incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible; or the delivery was refused by the recipient.
If your order is returned to us, we will contact you within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned shipment and offer either a re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund for the product value excluding original shipping charges, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 8 - DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If you receive a product that is damaged due to transit, please photograph the outer packaging and product before fully unpacking, and email us at info@mygreenspace.in within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID, photographs, and a brief description of the damage. We will review your claim and offer a replacement or resolution accordingly.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or if delivery is marked as complete but not received, please contact us at info@mygreenspace.in. We will raise a formal dispute with the courier partner and keep you informed throughout.

SECTION 9 - ACCURACY OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. My Green Space is not responsible for delivery failures or delays arising from an incorrect address submitted by you.
If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, please contact us at info@mygreenspace.in within 2 hours of order placement. We will attempt to update the address before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing or has been shipped.

SECTION 10 - REMOTE AND SPECIAL DELIVERY ZONES
Deliveries to remote areas — including select North-Eastern states, Jammu and Kashmir, Lakshadweep, and Andaman and Nicobar Islands — may incur additional shipping charges displayed at checkout and have extended delivery timelines of up to 10–12 business days.

SECTION 11 - CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pin codes and order values. COD availability will be indicated at checkout. Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery. Our logistics partners are not authorised to accept partial payments or digital transfers at the door.

SECTION 12 - GIFT ORDERS
For gift orders, you may add a personalised message or opt to exclude the invoice from the shipment by selecting the 'Gift' option at checkout. Promotional pricing or discounts applied to your order will continue to reflect in your order confirmation email regardless of the gift option selected.

SECTION 13 - CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. All changes will be published on www.mygreenspace.in with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
